These included 35 for Kundli plots, 2 for Manesar and 20 for Rai.

The HSIIDC fixed the floor rates of these plots at Rs. 19900 per square meter at Rai, Rs. 22,500 per square meter at Manesar and Rs. 27,600 per square meter at Kundli. The average bids of the plots in Manesar were Rs. 22,800 per square meter, Rai was Rs. 40,000 per square meter and Kundli was Rs. 60,000 per square meter.

FUTURE PROSPECTS AND DEVELOPMENT

Government is upgrading the Kundli village to the municipal committee. As this is happening due to growth residential populations. Kundli Real Estate sector will become the next hot destination for setting up the factories. Supporting the growth is the Delhi branch of the West Jamuna Canal and the carrier parallel channel on the western side and the Yamuna on the eastern side to meet the drinking water requirements.
